[Anti-Resource Stopper]

This script is designed to enhance server security by monitoring and preventing unauthorized stopping of essential resources. It supports both ESX and QBcore frameworks and provides tools for managing banned accounts, handling unauthorized resource stopping, and logging attempts to bypass bans.

Key Features:

• Resource Monitoring: Automatically detects and checks if critical resources listed in the configuration (Config.CheckedScripts) are running. If any required resource is found to be stopped, the system can respond by taking appropriate action, such as issuing warnings or banning the player.
• Ban Management: Allows administrators to issue temporary or permanent bans using commands. Also includes functionality to prevent banned users from rejoining the server by checking unique identifiers (Steam, license, etc.).
• Automatic Alerts and Logging: Logs significant events like ban attempts, unauthorized actions, or bypassing attempts to a specified Discord webhook for easy tracking and reporting.
• Multi-Framework Support: Compatible with both ESX and QBcore frameworks, allowing flexibility based on your server setup.

Basic Usage:

• Add your critical scripts to Config.CheckedScripts.
• Configure the action for unauthorized stopping (e.g., "kick" or "ban").
• Administrators can use /ban and /unban commands to manage player access.
