[Anti-Resource Stopper]

This script is designed to enhance server security by monitoring and preventing unauthorized stopping of essential resources. It supports both ESX and QBcore frameworks.

Key Features:

• Resource Monitoring: Automatically detects and checks if critical resources listed in the configuration (Config.CheckedScripts) are running. If any required resource is found to be stopped, the system can respond by taking appropriate action, such as issuing warnings or kicking the player.
• Automatic Alerts and Logging: Logs significant events like kick attempts, unauthorized actions, or bypassing attempts to a specified Discord webhook for easy tracking and reporting.
• Multi-Framework Support: Compatible with both ESX and QBcore frameworks, allowing flexibility based on your server setup.

Basic Usage:

• Add your critical scripts to Config.CheckedScripts.
